got scolded today...

today jiejie bought me for a walk downstairs. the lift doors opened to the first floor and i barked at a man who was entering the lift. in the end this lady behind him scolded me 'xiao gao'. meaning mad dog...jiejie was really mad with the person. i merely barked at them once, and nvr chased at them or bite them. do they need to like this? wuff! jiejie say i was wrong at barking. but me, being a dog, will naturally bark once a while...is this wrong?
